Here at Bearded chef we have over 25 years of experience, ranging from 4-5 star hotels with multiple rosette experience from Birmingham to Bermuda and a few more interesting places along the way from the Channel islands to the Scottish highlands. At Bearded chef our philosophy is to use all our culinary experience to offer you the best tailor made services for your business. whether it be our freelance relief chef service or our private dining or maybe help with a new project with our menu design and consultancy service. ABOUT
The Bearded Chef Food Solutions was set up to offer a Freelance Relief Chef service, menu design and consultancy to the hospitality industry. We also offer a bespoke private dining experience brought to your home or venue of your choice.
The Bearded Chef is headed up by our Chef Director, Liam Foster. Liam has over 25 years of experience heading up kitchens in 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants around the world, from the 5-star Newstead Hotel in Bermuda to the 4-star Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney.
The 2 rosette Petit Champ Hotel on Sark in the Channel Islands, To the beautiful kildrummy Castle Hotel on the kildrummy estate Aberdeen, And more locally the 2 rosette Chapel House hotel and formally Chef patron of the 2 rosette restaurant The Mill in Sheepy Parva Warwickshire, We are in safe culinary hands.
